Yellow Tulip Refund Policy

Should you wish to return units or have any questions on the use of the units please first contact Integrative Brain Healing Institute at 520-878-8116. Please do not contact the manufacturers.

For Theracycle 200 unit

• The Theracycle 200 is sold with a thirty-day money back guarantee. Your in-home trial period begins the day the unit delivered. All returns must be made within the 30-day trial period. The customer is responsible for returning the product back to Theracycle Corporation in resalable condition. Theracycles that require customization are not returnable and void the trial period.
• The customer is responsible for any freight, repacking and handling charges incurred returning the unit to Theracycle Corporation. The freight cost and related assembly and disassembly fees will be deducted from the final refund.
• Please contact Yellow Tulip Customer Service Manager Danette of Integrative Brain Healing Institute, a subsidiary of HanLing Acupuncture Healing Center, at 520-878-8116 to arrange for the return.
• Disassembly instructions will be sent via email. Customer must use the original carton for the return. Theracycle Corporation can arrange to ship another carton to the customer, if necessary, at a cost of $200.
• Theracycle Corporation can coordinate disassembly if needed. Please note any additional disassembly cost will be deducted from the final refund.
• Credit card refund or a check refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the Theracycle 200 at Theracycle Corporation facility. Credit card refunds will require customer to provide a credit card number to Theracycle Corporation as credit card information is not kept on file.

For Vielight Neuro Gamma unit

• Vielight’s refund policy guarantees a refund of 80% of your purchase price for devices purchased from and returned to Vielight within six months of the purchase date.
• Please contact Yellow Tulip Customer Service Manager Danette of Integrative Brain Healing Institute, a subsidiary of HanLing Acupuncture Healing Center, at 520-878-8116 to arrange for the return.
• The customer is responsible for repacking and postage charge incurred returning the unit to Vielight.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For Happy Gut Educational Consulting unit

• Three-session consulting fee is non-refundable. Any unused portions can be credited toward the future consulting sessions.
